This is Phrase Velocity's debut! Ed Hanley's spectacular tabla skills root a forest of shimmering, squealing, and pummelling electronics. Recorded by Matt Smith at the legendary and now-defunct 6 Nassau studio in Toronto. Classical tabla repertoire and classic analog and digital synth sounds come together to make something not quite like anything else, a swarm of sounds to float on top of or get lost in.
